HF Refund & Return Policy

 

At HF, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process, subject to the following conditions: 

  1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Refund requests must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain products, such as personalized items, clearance items, or those marked as "final sale," are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). 

  1. Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. Right to Refuse Refund Requests

HF reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our policy or if the returned items do not meet our return criteria.

If we determine that the product has been used, damaged, or altered, or if the return request is made after the 10-day period, we may refuse the refund.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please follow our return process and place a new order.
